Kenneth Ray Ratliff Sr.

Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, Phoenix Arizona. Funeral service 9am August 15, 2021, Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, Phoenix Arizona, with Pastor Randy Helm officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.

He was born on January 11, 1937 in Colorado City, Texas to Perry W. and Pearl (Robertson) Ratliff. Kenneth married the love of his life, Freda Sneed on December 3, 1957 in Phoenix, Arizona. They celebrated 63 wonderful years together. Kenneth and Freda moved to the Waco area in 2016. He owned and operated R & R Transportation from 1985 – 2019. He enjoyed fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family and all of his grandchildren.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Justin Ratliff.

Survivors include his wife, Freda Ratliff of Waco, daughter, Donna Davis and husband, Danny of Phoenix, AZ, son, Kenneth Ray Ratliff, Jr. and wife, Dolores of Phoenix, AZ, daughter, Nina Ratliff of Waco, TX; grandchildren, Tori, Jennifer, Joseph, Amanda, Jesse, Kimberly, Darrin, Drew, and D’Anna, great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kaitlyn, Stephanie, Regina, Amanda, Abigail, Destiny, Dylan, Teagan, Alex, and Jo Liegh; sisters, Joy Bowling and husband, Walter of Phoenix, AZ, Wanda Tidwell and husband, Bob of Phoenix, AZ, Sue Deissler and husband, Chuck of Phoenix, AZ, Patsy Myers of Pitsburgh, Sandy Miller and husband Richard of Phoenix, AZ; brothers, Perry Ratliff, Jr. and wife, Ariabell, of Phoenix, AZ, Jerry Don Ratliff of Glendale, AZ, Gerald “Bo” Ratliff of Glendale, AZ and Rick Ratliff and wife, Gayle of Heber, AZ.
