Eleanor Mendoza Lopez, 78, of Waco, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. The funeral service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Monday, February 14, 2022 at the funeral home.
Eleanor was born April 3, 1943 in Waco, TX to George Mendoza Sr. and Marcela Garcia Mendoza. Preceded in death by her husband Arnulfo Lopez Sr. and several brothers and sisters.
Eleanor is survived by her sons, Angel Garcia (Becky) and Arnulfo Lopez Jr and daughters Eva Olivo; Anna Muños; Rosalie Ayala (Juan); Nancy Gonzalez (Moises); Marcela Olivarez (Rubine) and sister Tomasa Galindo.
She is survived by her 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren.
