Billie was born in Dallas, TX to William Daniel Wilborn and Mary Gustavia Harp Wilborn. She married Malcolm William Harris, Sr in 1944 in Waco, TX. Together they lived in several places while Malcom served in the Navy, then built a home in Hutchins, TX. Billie has lived in Waco, TX for the last 13 Years
Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm, Sr., her son Malcolm, Jr. and her son-in-law, Tim Goldman.
Billie is survived by her daughter, Beverly Goldman, her son, John Harris and his wife, Sheila. Billie has four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Matthew Goldman, Michael Goldman, Graham Goldman and Gray Goldman.
Billie had a lifelong passion for working with special education students; she retired from Duncanville ISD as the secretary to the special education director. Billie enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She was a woman of great faith and treasured her Via De Christo weekend. Billie also spent several years volunteering in hospitals; she loved to serve others and her Lord.
Thank you to all who loved and cared for Billie. A special thanks to Rosie Castro who lovingly cared for her in her last years and Providence Hospice Center who passionately tended to her every need in her final days.

The Visitation and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, December 9 at Trinity Lutheran Church Badger Ranch, 2 Ritchie Road, Woodway, TX 76712. Visitation at 2:00 pm, Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm with light refreshments to follow. The Internment Service will be Monday, December 11, 1:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
