Becky Sue Nichols, age 71 of Waco, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in Woodway, Texas. Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Robinson, Texas.
Becky was born on May 12, 1951 to Leon and Billie (Wolaver) Barber in Italy, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Waco. Becky attended University High School in Waco. She worked for many years as a caregiver. Becky enjoyed spending time with her family and especially with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Jane Rice; brother, Steven Barber.
Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Patton of La Porte, Texas; grandchildren: Megan Rogers, James Patton, Maggie Turner, Johnathan Nichols and Steven Nichols; great-granddaughter, Eliana Boston; brothers, Bill Barber and wife, Shirley of Whitney, Texas, Johnny Barber of Waco, Texas; sister, Jeannie Reagan and husband, Jim of Garland, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews and host of friends.
