Robert E. Rice, 73, was born July 21, 1948 in Raleigh, NC and passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021. He was a son of the late Robert and Jessie Richardson Rice.
Mr. Rice is survived by his son, Robert M. Rice; daughter, Christy Poston (Ken); grandchildren, Christopher Rice, George Poston, Harper Rice and Hunter Poston; brothers, Tony Rice and Pete Rice and sisters, Pat Millard, Elaine Phillips, Angie Wooten and Sherrie Rice.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund at www.kidneyfund.org.
