He was predeceased by his wife, Carolyn Till Haltiwanger, several sisters and a brother.
Survivors include daughters, Caroline Haltiwanger Marcus (Stuart) of Orangeburg and Brenda Haltiwanger Stroud (Milton) of Elloree; two granddaughters, Taylor Marcus Cooper (Miles) of Orangeburg, Laurice Brittani Rosier of Charlotte, NC and one great grandson, Wells Harrison Cooper.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Southland Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Longwood Plantation Assisted Living, 1687 Longwood Road NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118.
