Margie H. Brock, 78, was born July 23, 1941 in Lumberton, NC and passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020. She was a daughter of the late Thelma Hammonds and Woodrow Huggins. Mrs. Brock was a member of Congaree Baptist Church. She loved her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Brock is survived by her husband, Kevin Chandler; sons, Jerry Brock (Vickie), Terry Brock (Tamara); six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Ronnie Huggins; sisters, Connie Huggins, Mary Lee Jacobs, Darlene Gabbard and Cynthia Michael. She was predeceased by her former husband, William Jasper Brock; brother, Johnnie Huggins and sister, Kalcie Locklear.
Private funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel, with interment to follow at St. Peter’s Catholic Church Cemetery, 501 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, SC. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Foundation at www.lls.org.
