Joyce R. Beam, 75, of Columbia, SC passed away on January 31, 2021. She was born in Columbia, SC on July 27, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Clinton Ramsey Jr. and Mary Odessa Bedenbaugh Ramsey.
She is survived by her daughter, Denise Wilburn (Bill) of Bruceton Mills, WV and son, Christopher B. Moss (Beth Reiber) of Gaston; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; brother, Robert O. Ramsey (Patricia) of West Columbia and sister, Bernice “Libby” R. Mattingly (Richard) of West Columbia.
Ms. Beam is predeceased by her husband, Lloyd G. Beam and brother, Charles Ray Ramsey.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.
