WEST COLUMBIA – A funeral service for Evan Davis Tyler, 19, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Evan was born March 21, 1995 in West Columbia, SC and passed away Monday, March 16, 2015. He was the son of Don Tyler and Cindy Smith Tyler. He was a student at the University of South Carolina.
He is survived by his parents; brother, Grant William Tyler of West Columbia; grandmother, Marjorie Smith of West Columbia and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased are his grandparents, J.C. and Kathryn Tyler and William Smith, Jr.
