Rosie was the kindest, most generous co-worker I've ever had the pleasure of working with.  He made an impression on everyone he ever met in the construction world.  He's affectionately remembered in many conversations all the time.  We were all happy for him when he retired, but at the same time, sad to see him leave our construction family.  My heart hurts for all of you.  He was a great man with a gentle soul.

I was very fortunate to work with Rosie in Franklin, Texas for a couple of years. He was a good man and co-worker. He also was a friend and father figure to many of the younger folks comming along in the construction industry. Bless Millie and the rest of his family in your time of grief.

   Have you ever met someone, spent the better part of an afternoon with them(on a front porch), and felt you have known them all of your life? I found Bobby Rohletter to be that kind of gifted person, one you rarely experience and certainly don't  forget...a rare breed, indeed. Bobby was a gentleman, warm, personable, kind, very funny and entertaining, a positive force in this life, and if I may say, "a good ole boy". He would have made a great friend, as I'm sure he was to many, and so much more to others. Bobby would undoubtedly be one that was always welcome, as he is now...in the Kingdom of Heaven!
   My heart goes out to the Rohletter family for their loss. God Bless You!

Mrs. Rohletter, I want you to know what a great friend Bobby has been to me personally and as a faithful member to our club, Lexington Wildlife Chapter. He seemed so excited that we are obtaining the new club property on Emanuel Church Rd., which he had personally helped build over the yrs with Dock Wingard. We are truly sorry that he will not be here to enjoy it, but know that he is now in a much better place. May God comfort & take care of you. Our condolences to the family.

To Daniel's workers Bobby was known as Rosie. He will be truly missed by many of us. He was a true friend ,we worked together many years and I was glad to call him friend. Will be praying for the MRS.MILLIE and the family .May GOD bless you in days to come. I will miss you old friend.

Millie, Anita, Lisa and Chris, our hearts are saddened for all of you and your families. Although there is peace and comfort in knowing he is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we know you will miss him terribly. We are so glad we got to be with all of you on Sunday before he left us to meet Jesus.  He took us, as newleyweds, under his wing by giving Ted his first "real" job. Living in Carrollton, GA with Bobby and Mille was an experience we will forever treasure! Chris, you were my first "little boy".  Thanks to all of you for those precious memories! Bobby was so much like his brother, Ted Sr., he was a true gem! It is an honor for Ted to serve as a pallbearer on Wednesday. Our love and prayers to all of you.

Bobby was an icon in the neighborhood.  We enjoyed seeing him outdoors fishing in the pond, working the garden, and riding on the golf cart. He will be missed.  Praying for peace and comfort for the family.

Ms. Millie, my prayers are with you and the family during your loss.  I am so glad I was able to see Mr. Bobby when he last attended church and to give him a hug.

The two of you have been such a blessing to me since you arrived at Laurel.  Every time I saw him he was smiling.

May the Lord give you peace and comfort you in the days and weeks to come.  He will be with your during your darkest hours and He will dry your tears.  Remember: Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Mr. Bobby is gone but not forgotten.  He will live forever in your heart and be cherished in your memories.  Can you imagine what his first Christmas in Heaven will be like?  It's going to be a grand and glorious celebration and we have that blessed promise that we will see him again.
