Phillip was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and dear friend to many. He was born in Visalia on April 5th, 1962 to Doris and Lester Turner. He spent his life in Visalia and taught himself many skills. He was a “jack-of-all-trades”.
In 1982 he married Patricia Overacker. They had two Daughters, Jenny Turner and Sara McBride, both of Tulare. He has two grandchildren, Ethan and Chloe McBride.
Phillip worked as a plumber for 20 years until health concerns forced him to retire. For the last 10 years he has kept himself busy caring for his home and livestock, and doing mechanical work.
Along with his wife, daughters, and grandchildren, he is survived by his brothers Claude Turner of Visalia, and Jeffery Turner of Magalia, CA. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Family and friends will be notified when a date is set to privately scatter his ashes and celebrate his life.
