Frank was a very thoughtful and kind hearted man.  I had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with Frank at single adult activities.  We had fun togehter at Wonder Valley, Camp Sierra, and at numerous other activities including volley ball at the stake center in Visalia nearly every Friday night for many years.  Frank had a bad knee so he would not play, but he enjoyed everyones company.  We would normally go somewhere afterwards to get something to eat and Frank would often pay for someone else.  Frank did not have much in the way of money and materail thnigs, but he was always willing to share what little he had with others.  He mostly gave what money would not buy...kindness, thoughtfulness, unselfish service, and sincere friendship.  We went on outings in the mountains, near the ocean, at numerous dinners and dances, and served together for many years.  Frank did not need to be asked to help; he just jumped in and did what needed to be done.  He was one of the first to arrive to help set up for activities and one of the last to leave after helping clean up and put things away.  Frank loved to give and receive hugs and was always the gentlermen with the ladies.  He made sure that all of the ladies had someone to dance with, would escort them to their cars, and always had something funny to say.  Frank's warm personality, sense of humor, smiles and unselfish service and goodness will be missed by all of us that had the blessing of knowing him.  The world is definately a better place because of him and all of us are better people because of Frank's good example and positive influence in our lives.  I hope we will always remember Frank's goodness and will try to more like him...humble, sweet, thoughful, giving and kind.

Frank was such a gentleman to me...he always held open doors, greeted me with a hug and a big smile, and would walk me out to my car after activities. He knew how much I loved motorcycles and was always offering me a ride along. I loved his sense of humor and his kindness. I will miss him a lot!

Frank was a good man he always was willing to help others with no questions asked or anything in return, he is gone but won't be forgotten, he will be missed by many, I will never forget the day he helped me and my family move into are home. RIP Frank

We knew him for many years, he visited the elderly where we worked, bringing smiles to alot of sad lonely people. I'm sure God had a special place ready for him when he got home. Our Sincere Condolences! The Moya Family.

Frank was a big hearted man. He touched our lives and it quickly became apparent that his love of life and people was a gift only God and all His angels can bestow on any one person. He will be greatly missed, but remembered always. Our condolences to the family.
