Frank was born in Kentucky on August 20, 1956 to Donald and Gladys Stanley.
He worked for 30 years as a Registered Nurse, retiring from Kaiser Hospital in Fresno in 2007. Frank married Milton Davis Bergthold on November 25, 2013 in Hanford, California. The made their home in Woodlake, CA. Milton preceded him in death on August 15, 2015.
He enjoyed cooking, shopping, playing classical music on the piano and had several private collections. Frank also enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, Belize, The Bahamas and San Francisco.
He is survived by longtime friend and caregiver, Raymond Reyes of Woodlake, CA.
Wake services will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 3 – 6 pm at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia.
