While at one time a licensed beautician, Mom was always what she wanted to be: a mother and homemaker. It was not uncommon to come home to the smells of fresh bread baking, canning, making preserves and family meals. Mom loved sewing, quilting, music, dancing (where she met dad at a dance in the early 60’s), camping, boating, her kids, and her church. Each of her kids is her favorite….” God’s Honor”. Mom is finally at rest now, joining dad and the rest of her family.
