Andres was born in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico on March 23, 1954 to Bernardino and Petra Gaytan. In 1979 he moved to Visalia, California. Andres married Antonia Garibay in Visalia on October 14, 1995 and they made their home in Visalia. To this union was born a daughter, Andrea Gaytan. He worked for over 25 years as a Car Salesman in Visalia. Andres enjoyed watching. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Andres leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Antonia Gaytan; his daughter, Andrea Gaytan of Visalia; his father, Bernardino Gaytan; his siblings, Jesus Gaytan, Alma Miranda (Joe), Rosa Garcia (Juan), Isabel Quezada (Jose), Margarita Medrano (Alex), Francisca Melendez (Jose), Manuel Gaytan (Emelia), Guadalupe Monzon (Salvador), Myrna Leal (Luis) and Dalila Garcia (Jose).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 4 – 6 p.m. with Recitation of Rosary at 6 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1908 N. Court Street in Visalia. Burial will follow at Visalia District Cemetery.
