Dr. Rono, born in Macalelon, Quezon, served as a physician for 43 years.
Survivors include his loving wife, Conchita, sons, Rex, David and daughters, Rhonalyn and Jennifer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alejandra and daughter, Cynthia. Dr. Rono was a proud grandfather of Cindy Rono and soon to be born Rodel Vicente Rono.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 26 10:00AM at St. Gregory's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. Friends may offer condolences at www.smithandwilliamskempsville.com.
