Shalai Janese Taylor was born April 8, 1983. She was the only child of Alfred and Shirley Taylor.
Shalai graduated from Indian River High School in Chesapeake. She held many jobs, but the one she loved best was being a Flight Attendant.
After giving birth to her son Kieon, she became a devoted mother. Their love was apparent because often times you see them whispering and laughing together. Shalai was very protective of Kieon as well as he was protective of her.
Shalai leaves to cherish her memories parents Alfred and Shirley, her son Kieon, 8 aunts, 7 uncles, Kieon’s Godmother Laura Celentano, Shalai’s Godmothers Veronica Boston and Brenda Moore.
We loved you so much, but God loved you best. Be at peace my child.
