Mrs. Cowger was born in Norfolk, Virginia and was preceded in death by her mother Anne Rebecca Beasley and her husband Doyle M. Cowger.
Survivors include two sons Kyle Wayne Henley and Blair Ferrell Henley; four grandchildren Jacob, Peyton, Bryson and C.J. Henley.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memory of Sandra H. Cowger.
