Robert Arnold Weiss, Sr.

Robert “Bobby” Weiss, Sr. joined the Lord on January 21, 2023. Surrounded by family, his loving wife of 50 years, Janie was by his side as he entered the gates to Heaven! Robert Weiss, Sr., born in Norfolk, VA, on March 7, 1948 to Rudolph and Kathaleen Weiss. Bobby is survived by his wife, Janie Weiss and sons, Robert Weiss, Jr and Rodney Weiss. Bobby also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and an abundance of family members. What Bobby loved the most was the Lord. One of the last things he said was that he hoped that he had touched someone with the Lord. Bobby embraced knowing that he would be welcomed by loved ones and most excited to finally be with the Lord! A viewing honoring his life and legacy will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 5-7pm at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. A graveside memorial will take place at 2pm on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Rosewood-Kellum. In lieu of flowers, Bobby asked that you donate to the American Cancer Society in honor of his daughter, Jennifer “Jenny” Popina.
