Robert Fulton Hogue, Jr., 92, passed away on July 15, 2013. He was a retired Commander, USN that served in combat during WWII. He was a faithful member and elder of Rock Church. Mr. Hogue was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Frances Hogue and by a son, Robert F. Hogue, III.
Survivors include their children, Pamela Bucher and her husband, John of Missouri; Leslie Hart and her husband, Bill of Virginia Beach; Linda Bledsoe and her husband, Brent of Kentucky; Jeffrey Hogue and his wife, Phyllis of Jacksonville, FL; Richard Hogue of Virginia Beach; a daughter-in-law, Linda Hogue of Virginia Beach; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park.
