Rex was preceded in death by his grandmother Alejandra Rono, his father Dr. Vincent Rono and sister Cynthia Rono.
He was a loving father who enjoyed spending time with his family and shared his love for music with his children. Rex was also a certified massage therapist. He loved to play tennis, billiards, watch movies, and work on his car.
Survivors include his mother Conchita Naval Rono, his children Cindy and Rodel; his siblings Rhonalyn, Jennifer and David Rono.
