Pamela Kay VanNostrand

Pamela K. VanNostrand, 61, peacefully passed away on November 24, 2023. She was born on July 3, 1962 to the late Harold W. and Barbara C. McGraw in Virginia Beach, VA. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Horace E. VanNostrand Jr., and family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, 11/30/2023 at 10am at Charity United Methodist Church Cemetery, 4080 Charity Neck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
