Nancy C. Sandy, 61, passed away on October 22, 2013. She was born on August 14, 1952 to the late Mattie F. and John R. Sandy in Norfolk, VA. Her sister Doris Aquino and brother William T. Sandy precedes her in death.
She is survived by her niece Trina R. Haj and her husband Eyad; childhood friend Linda Lee; cousin Cynthia Baker as well as numerous cousins.
Nancy will always be remembered for her easy going friendly personality, laughter and kind heart. She was a beautiful child, who deserved so much more and now a beautiful soul who has moved on to receive it.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 12:00pm at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. You may offer condolences at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
