Margaret W. White

Margaret W. White, 85, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away November 12, 2015. She was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina on December 7, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Charles E. Ferrell and Carrie Estelle Pope Ferrell. Margaret is predeceased by her first husband, Royce P. Warlick, Jr., her daughter, Carol W. Whitlock, and her son, Royce P. Warlick, III. She is also predeceased by her second husband, Frank C. White. Throughout Margaret’s administrative assistant career she was most proud of her work with the House of Representatives. She loved life, enjoyed traveling, and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Margaret is survived by her loving grandchildren, Sean C. Baker of FL and Lisa B. Walker (Johan) of VA; great grandchildren, Brittany Walker of FL and Nicholas and Anneliese Walker, both of VA; brother, Albert Ferrell (Judy) of SC; sister, Betty Horton of FL; and she was blessed to leave behind a host of loving family and friends. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Greene Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel. Interment to follow at Grandview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 6-8pm. Memorial contributions may be made to a Hospice of your choice.
