Luke Phillip Foltz

Luke Phillip Foltz, 39, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Virginia Beach. Luke was born in Kentucky to Larry and Deborah Foltz. He is predeceased by his father, Larry Foltz. Luke graduated high school at Bayside in Virginia Beach and he worked as a mechanical contractor for the US Navy L-3 Company. Luke can best be described for his love of the Lord Jesus Christ. He loved to fellowship with Brothers and Sisters in Christ with both Freedom Baptist and Good News Baptist Churches. He was a very talented artist and quick witted with a very humorous personality. He was a jokester with a sincere love for people. He is survived by his mother, Deborah Foltz; brothers, Ryan Foltz and his wife, Mary and Damon Foltz; nieces and nephew, Ivana, Deborah and Ira Foltz as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.

A visitation will be from 6-8pm, Friday at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 10am, Saturday, June 16, 2018 in the funeral home chapel.
