Lawrence Joseph Forte

Lawrence J. Forte VIRGINIA BEACH- Lawrence Joseph Forte, 81, passed away on March 8, 2010. Mr. Forte was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and moved to Virginia Beach in 1967. He served as an electronic engineer with Litton, Grumman and Veda and was a contractor for the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-four years, Ellen J. Forte, two sons, Lawrence A. Forte and wife, Gabrielle of Drayden, MD; Joseph M. Forte of Virginia Beach, VA; two grandchildren, Lawrence and Christopher Forte of Drayden, MD. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
