Justin Creggar Dean

Justin C. Dean, 19, passed away suddenly in Virginia Beach. He was a graduate of Princess Anne High School and planned on attending Tidewater Community College later this year. A loving soul, he was dedicated to his family and friends and always did what he could to help anyone in need. He loved skateboarding and speed skating. He is survived by his father, Ralph Dean; mother, Beverly Few Millikan; his Granny, Barbara Dean; brother, William Millikan; two sisters, Eden Nicole Dean and Kaleigh Dean. He is also survived by many adoring uncles, aunts and cousins. There will be a visitation at 12 PM Thursday followed by the funeral service at 1 PM at the Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home and Rosewood Memorial Park on N. Witchduck in Virginia Beach.
