June Webster Tatum

Mrs. Tatum was born in Roanoke, VA and was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Waverly Tatum and son Daniel Nathan Tatum. She retired from civil service after twenty years of service. She was a dedicated mother, kind and loving grandmother who loved to read, cook and sing. She will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved her.

Survivors include two sons Stephen Tatum and wife Nancy, Randall Tatum and a daughter Angeline Thompson; daugther-in-law, Patricia Tatum; nine grandchildren Kelly Mauer, Jack, Daniel and James Tatum, Timothy, Amanda, Christiana and Jenilee Thompson and Julia Retamar; three great grandchildren Summer and Willow Tatum and Rowan Larson; two sisters Barbara Howard and Vivian Byrd and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Mrs. Tatum’s life will be held on Monday, August 13, 2012, 7:00 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park.
