Born in Buffalo, NY she was the devoted wife of James T. Regal of fifty-five years.
Survivors include her sister Lillian Larson of PA; her children Kathy Quick and husband James of Chicago, IL, Paul Regal and wife Madeline of Virginia Beach, VA, Ray Regal and wife Barb of Bedford, TX; grandchildren Jeff, James, Alan, Dan, Molly and Ben; great grandchildren Emily, Brady, Grant, Maddie, Quinn, James, Simon, Finn and Caleb.
Jo was the best baker and her pies were famous among family and friends. She loved bowling until well into her eighties. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Virginia Beach and resided at The Gardens of Virginia Beach until her injury.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel.
Inurnment will be private a Princess Anne Memorial Park.
