Joseph Charles Scutro

Joseph Charles Scutro, 57, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 in Norfolk. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia who loved him with her whole heart and soul. He is also survived by his sisters, Sandra Scutro and Jennifer Scutro; nephew, Jordan Wiggins; many other family and friends as well as his two dogs, Roli and Zoe. Joe is predeceased by his father, Michael Scutro and his sister, Karen Foersterling. Joe “Turbo” as his co-workers at Jack’s Towing refer to him as loved fishing, football and watching Nascar racing. Turbo worked at Jack’s Towing for many years and he will be greatly missed by his work family and by all who knew him. The family has asked that this celebration of Joe’s life not be a somber occasion, so please dress with colorful clothing that will reflect the vivid life that he lived.
