Joseph L. Lawrence, III, also known as, Buster, died, Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Buster was well known and loved throughout the Tidewater area. He loved Elvis, dancing, traveling, fishing, and good food; especially spaghetti. Buster was a gold medalist winning his medal in the 50 meter dash.
He is survived by his loving mother, Jewell M. McGee; sister, Jeanette Wesley and husband, Bill; brothers, Danny Lawrence and wife, Sherry and Gary W. McGee; niece, Samantha Mary; nephew, Brian Larsen and wife, Monica; and great nephews, Noah and Caleb Larsen.
A celebration of Buster’s life will be held graveside, 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Rosewood Memorial Park. Many thanks to our dear prayer partners, Frances Pike of Va.
