Joann Caroline West

Joann "Westy" West passed away on February 16, 2023. Joann is predeceased by son, Wayne and son in law, Greg Rudiger. She is survived by husband, Bob; daughters, Lisa Rudiger and Lynne (Kenny) Pearson; sons, Rob (Elany), Gary (Vikki), Donald (Jennifer); daughter in law, Rebecca; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Joann worked 45+ years ar Naval Supply Center and volunteered with Tidewater Council Boy Scouts, known as "the yellow shirt Scouter". In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice in Joann's memory. A visitation for Joann will be held Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. A funeral mass will occur Monday, February 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 5345 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462, followed by a graveside committal at Rosewood Memorial Park. All are welcome to join the family in Reception after committal in Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
