Jeffrey W. Rubin, 73, passed away on April 6th in his home surrounded by loving family members. He was born in New Haven, CT to the late Irving and Francis Rubin. Jeff proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Jeff retired after 34 years with HFC/HSBC.
Left to cherish his memory is his devoted wife of 26 years, Sulin Rubin; stepson Michael Brown and wife Ann Marie, and grandson Spencer. Jeff is also survived by his sister Janet Chad and husband Steve; brother Larry and wife Missy, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held Friday April 15th 11 a.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home 4889 Princess Anne Rd in Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society."
