George Leroy Robinson

George Leroy Robinson, 93, passed away in Virginia Beach on Thursday, June 1, 2017. He was born to the late Leon and Mary Robinson in Angelica, NY. He is also predeceased by his wife, Edith Robinson. He retired from the US Navy and served in both WWII and the Korean War. He is survived by his son, Dieter Krause and his wife, Adelheid, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, 2017 beginning at 10 a.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. A reception will be held in the Rosewood-Kellum reception room after the services conclude. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Samaritan Episcopal Church, 848 Baker Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
