How We Met-
It was a beautiful summer day in June of 1991. My best friend Marty and I had traveled from Munich, Germany to Norfolk the day before. We were scheduled to attend the Annual Homecoming at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE) later in the week. As we drove though First Landing State Park early that morning, Marty said "Glen look at my arm" , and sure enough the hairs on his arm were all raised- He further stated, " I can feel the powerful energy here". It was early around 7am. We walked the beach in front of ARE until 9 am. When ARE opened, we were told that the Metaphysical Library was open and because it was Wednesday the "Glad Helpers Prayer Group" was meeting in the Meditation Room. The room was set in a circle of chairs with about 25 in attendance. After a brief meditation, reading a list of names requesting prayers, and individual prayers for each in the room; four chairs were set up for "Laying on of hands", four channels were chosen, and we were instructed if we wished to choose a channel we were most drawn to. I felt drawn to a certain woman and sat in the chair. This was a reuniting in this life time of relationship, which we later deduced from Egypt, Roman times and early America. This channel was to become my wife. I had been back in the US less than 24 hours, my first time in Virginia Beach less than 3 hours and a thread through time was reconnection. That lovely soul became my wife and we shared 28 years of companionship. She is always with me as LOVE is eternal.
