Constance Joy Douglas, 83 passed away on January 17, 2016. She was born on November 10, 1932 to the late Alexander and Ethel Milroy in Massachusetts.
Constance was a member of Carrow Baptist Church in Va Beach, American Legion Post 204, VFW 4809, and the Moose Lodge of South Norfolk 464.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Deborah DeManche and husband Bob, Wanda Dunn and husband Vinny, son, Thomas Douglas, JR. and wife Michelle; 10 grandchildren, and 6 great- grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, Friday, January 22, 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home Saturday, January 23, 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Rosewood-Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please donate to you favorite charity.
