Carmen Paraggua Allen

Carmen Paraggua Allen, 71, passed on November 17, 2020. She was born in Ilagan, Isabela, Philippines to the late Pedro and Desideria Paraggua. Carmen very faithful and a long-time member of the Sisters of the Devine Mary Immaculate of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. She was extremely family oriented, generous, and Godly; she was like a Saint. She was a master educator for more than 30 years. In her spare time all she wanted to do was play Mahjong; she was quite passionate about the game. Carmen was predeceased by a son, Robert Allen, Jr.; brothers, Romeo Paraggua, Pedro Paraggua, Jr., and Isabelo Paraggua; a sister, SR Esperanza Paraggua, SFIC; and sister-in-law, Norma Paraggua.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 30 years, Robert E. Allen; 2 sons, Jerico Allen (Mary Anne), and Earl Belle Allen; 3 brothers, Juan Paraggua (Avita), Edgardo Paraggua, Sr. (Thelma), and Pablito Paraggua (Juanita); 2 sisters, Siony Paraggua (Helen), and SR Elizabeth Paraggua, SFIC; 2 sisters-in-law, Remy Paraggua, and Belli Paraggua; and a granddaughter, Mary Angelica Allen.

A visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
