Carl E. Stahl Sr.

Carl E. Stahl Sr. went to be with his heavenly father on Thursday Feb. 17th, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, youngest and oldest sisters and brother. He is survived by his loving wife Nannie Lou Stahl, son Carl E. Stahl Jr. (Butch), grandson's Nathan R. Stahl and his family, Brandon T. Rhodes, granddaughter Stephanie M. Stahl, step children Rikki Clymore, Karen Rhodes and Lynn Lucas (deceased), 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, sister Mary Jane Ewell and husband Jim, sister Beverly O'Donnell and husband Dick of Ohio.

Carl, better known as "Bud", was retired Chief of U.S. Navy, retired Supervisor of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Shop 56. He was an active member of Bayside Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Khedive Shriners (Captain of Mini Motors 2002 and 2003), Order of Quetzalcoatl, Fleet Reserve Association of Va. Beach Branch 166. He was also an active member of St. John's Baptist Church of Va. Beach.

“Bud’s” family would be honored to have you join them for a Celebration of Life service that will be held at St. John's Baptist Church, 2300 Holland Rd. Va. Beach, VA. 23453 on March 5th, 2011 at 11:00 am.
