Betty Ranger, 68, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on December 30, 2014. She is survived by her husband of more than 40 years, Claude Ranger. She is also survived by her brother, Charles Rodstrom and his wife Brenda, her brother, Robert Rodstrom and his wife Mary Frances, her sister-in-law Claudette Ranger-Rezas and her husband Peter, her brother-in-law, Pierre Ranger and his wife SaRita Nery-Ranger, her brother-in-law Michael Ranger and his wife Karen Ranger. Also left to cherish her memory are many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Betty was employed by "Allied Marine Industries" in Norfolk for almost 30 years.
Betty will best be remembered for her "Quick Sense Of Humor" and her love for Cruising The World with her beloved husband Claude. She also enjoyed many musical plays and classic movies. Loyalty to family was very important to her.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 5th, 2015 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home at 601 North Witchduck Road, in Virginia Beach.
It was Betty's wish that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to a Charity of Choice, as she supported many causes in her lifetime.
The Family would like to thank the nursing staff and two special nursing assistants for their care, and compassion, during her illness.
