Ann Creamer Twiford, 74, of Norfolk, died April 19, 2011 in Anchorage, Alaska. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Ann was the daughter of the late Francis and Dorothea Creamer. She is preceded in death by her husband, James T. Twiford, Jr.. Ann retired from Smith & Williams Funeral Home with 12 years of faithful service.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Christopher F. Twiford and girlfriend, Kelly, of Bethel, AK; brother, Jim Creamer and wife, Carol, of Virginia Beach; niece, Julie Bellace and husband, George; nephew, Mark Creamer and wife, Tracy; cousin, Mary Ellen Fitzmaurice; and grandnephews, Austin Bellace and Brody Creamer.
A Celebration of Ann’s life will be held 7:00 pm, Friday, May 13, 2011 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Inurnment will be private at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
