Rhonda Wilfer Brown

Rhonda, a lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana, enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren. She had worked as a secretary/bookkeeper for Breaux’s Wrecker Service.

She is survived by her husband of twenty years, Kevin Brown; children, Randy Owen Wilfer, Jr. and wife Tracie of Lake Charles, Dena Michelle Chesson and husband Beaux of Vinton; Emery “Duke” Raymond Wilfer and Ashley of Vinton; and Stephanie Lynn Squillace and Joseph of Vinton; siblings, Michael Lynn Breaux of Vinton, Ernest Lee Breaux and wife Deena of Vinton, and Carla Sue Bolton and William of Lafayette; and eight grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013 in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. The Rev. Susil Fernando will officiate. Burial will follow in Big Woods Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday with a Rosary at 7 p.m. and will resume Thursday at 8 a.m. until time of service.
