Gerald Randle

Jerry lived in Vinton since 1972. He was a retired horse trainer and retired as owner/operator of Jerry Randle's Pest Control. Jerry was a loving friend, father, and grandfather, and was a notorious practical joker.

Survivors include his children, Tammy Turner of Sulphur, and Darrell Randle, Angela McDonald and Lori Randle, all of Vinton; sisters, Irma Abbott and Marynell Atkinson; brothers Donald Randle; grandchildren, Michael Turner, Mark Anthony Kidder, Hollye Breaux, Magen McDonald and Dylan Randle; 5 great grandchildren and long time Companion Patricia Doguet.

He is preceded in death by is wife, Joyce Randle, brothers Sam Randle and Tex Randle; and parents Samuel and Edna Randle.

His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday, October 29, in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. The Rev. Charles Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Nibbletts Bluff Cemetery in Vinton. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Sunday and from 8-10 a.m. Monday, all at the funeral home.
