Elizabeth "Liz" Ann West, 64, of Vinton, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in DeQuincy, LA on September 24, 1959. Liz enjoyed fishing and watching the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros. She was very involved in her church, Crossroads Baptist where she worked Vacation Bible School and the sound "A.V" for church and funeral services. Liz was also over the food department for funerals and the food pantry. She enjoyed spending time camping, playing card games, and just being with her family, including her dogs and cats.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Monica Ann Courville (D.J.), Sabrina West (Dustin Williams); brothers, Greg Warren, K.B. Warren (Tammy); sisters, Vicky Griffith (Don), Lindy Loftin (Kyle); along with her inlaws and nieces and nephews.
Liz was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold West; and her mother, Frances Warren.
A Celebration of Liz's life will be held at Crossroads Baptist Church in Vinton, Louisiana on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 6:00 pm, with Bro. Rob Tibbitts officiating. Visitation will be at Crossroads Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visitation will resume at the church on Thursday, from 4:00 pm until the time of the service.
