Vina J. McCall, 78, of Apple Valley, passed away July 17, 2016, She was born in Upland, California, on February 1, 1938. Vi, as her friends called her, married the love of her life, Stanley McCall, on January 12, 1963. She loved being a wife and mother, and later a grandmother, more than just about anything. She was a very active volunteer with the West Covina School district for many years. She loved to read, watch reality television, and take care of her two black and white cats; Kelly and Kacey. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley on November 7, 1995. She is survived by her daughters Sharon D. Deacon and Cassandra Kogan, her son Michael McCall, her granddaughters Samantha Deacon, Timberlynn Mitchell, Sierra Hoyt, and Danielle Hoyt, and siblings Roland Robinson and Rodney Robinson.
