Robert Truman McGinnis

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 7, 2019, at Desert View Funeral Home, 11478 Amargosa Road, Victorville, CA 92392 with Pastor Dane Davis of Impact Christian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Desert View Funeral Home.

Robert was born in South Gate, California to Truman McGinnis and Tonya Donnelly on October 29, 1937. He went to school at Ontario, CA. He married Darlene Hallmark on June 11, 1960, in Las Vegas, NV. He worked as a Truck Driver for Bulk Transportation, and retired from Valley Bulk Inc., in 2017. He was named California Trucking Association “Driver of the Year” in 2015.

Robert is preceded in death by Truman McGinnis, Father, Tonya Donnelly, Mother, Michael Donnelly, Brother, and Amanda J. McGinnis, Granddaughter.

Robert is survived by Darlene McGinnis, Wife, Monte R. McGinnis, Son, Robert L. McGinnis, Son, Rhonda E. Willard, Daughter, Collette Broadfoot, Sister, Danny Donnelly, Brother, Jack Donnelly, Brother, 11 Grandchildren, Chrissie, Jeremy, Mitchell, Gregory, Cory, Carly Rose, Britney, John, Emily, Zachary, Candice, and 12 Great Grandchildren, Dylan, Kaylie, Kendall, Sailas, Austin, Elijah, Jordon, Kai, Alexandria, Jaylynn Noah and Alina.
