I lived with my parents Jennie and Ed lackey in apple valley when met Trina and Joe our neighbors.. Trina ended up babysitting my son Matthew when I returned to work and right away I loved her fantastic sense of humor and sense of fun.. I always felt so at home with her and unjudged.. I lost track of her as I moved to lompoc ca and was planning to come to high desert so looked her up to try to reconnect when I sadly discovered on Facebook that she had passed away.. My message is very late but I know how much she loved her kids and Joe and hope they are doing well now as she would want. Life is so short and so precious.. I will always smile when I think of Trina and all the times she made me laugh! 

We lost a great friend, but the universe received a new beautiful star. My condolences to you and your family.  Jim, Melissa and Jake Herald

My heart goes out to Katrina, her Family and friends. Katrina and I grew up together, we were girl scouts together, neighbors and friends. Our mom's were best friends. Through Facebook I had the chance to reconnect with her in June of 2016. She was the same old "Trina" I knew and loved. She will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
