After Lucy's death, he spent the next ten years in the loving care of Henry & Hsiu-Pi.
Joseph loved working on his computer, watching westerns and music DVDs especially Tina Turner. He lived a full life and was able to witness so much change in his lifetime, such as President Obama being inaugurated. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lucy Carino Weaver (2006) and dear sister Wilhelmina Miller (2009). He was loved by many and will be missed.
