Born in Stoneham, Massachusetts on January 16, 1960 to Malcolm & Patricia Wright, she was a bright and beautiful girl with a love for animals and adventure.
She proudly served as the owner/manager of Smoketree Ranch in Oak Hills, California since 2002, fulfilling her passion and love for horses and all living things, outdoor adventures, and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle. She had a huge heart and her door was open to anyone in need, including animal evacuations in the California high desert and mountain areas threatened by wildfires. She thrived on serving as a ”one woman neighborhood watch” and was active in various community organizations.
Carol married her soulmate, David Rosique, in March of 2013. Truly a match made in heaven, they shared many similar hobbies and interests. She possessed a deep love for her Lord and knew beyond a doubt she would join Him when her time on earth was done.
Carol is survived by her adoring husband, David Rosique of Oak Hills; his children Jeremy and Jason Rosique and their wives, Kelly and Heather Rosique, grandchildren Kathleen, Ava, Jacob, William and Zachary Rosique; parents Malcolm and Patricia Wright; sister Cathy Skeoch and husband Gordon Skeoch; and nephews Landon and Gavin Skeoch.
