William and Linda Morley

William Darrell “Wild Bill” Morley was born on Jan. 21, 1919 in Vienna, TX, near Hallettsville. He was a devoted husband and father, a veteran of World War II and a 52-year car salesman. He passed on March 25, 2017. He is survived by his daughter, Darla, and nieces and nephews.

Mary Linda Worsham Morley was born on Aug. 19, 1949 in Harrisburg, AR. She was a devoted wife and mother, a business woman, bookkeeper, and a Medical Eligibility Specialist for the aged and disabled. Linda passed on May 23, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Darla, 2 brothers, a sister, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Linda and Bill met while working together at Stockbauer & Zeplin. They married on June 4, 1973. Both loved to travel, were avid animal lovers and supported Warrior’s Weekend and the Field of Honor.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Faith Family Church in Victoria, Texas. Private family burial will follow. Please, no flowers. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Warrior’s Weekend, ASPCA or Adopt-a-Pet.
