Robert C. Wotipka, 71 of Victoria passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 with his family by his side. He was born April 1, 1947 in Refugio, TX to Charlie and Hedwig Veselka Wotipka. Robert was an insurance agent for P.I.A. and Frost Insurance Agencies, retiring after 45 years.

He is survived by his wife Nelda Burgin Wotipka; daughters, Chrystal (Greg) Richter of Victoria, Lori “Paige” (Derrick) Foster of Victoria; four grandchildren, Cy Richter, Carlie Richter, Renah Richter and Kodie Foster; sister, Ann (Ken) Kohrs of Austin and a nephew, Chris Edwards of Woodsboro.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 2-4 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels with a Celebration of Life to begin at 4:00 PM.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Texas, 605 E. Locust, Victoria, TX 77901.
